Receive your refurbished tech in no time! 

We’ve been shipping refurbished IT hardware since 1997. Every item is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. Our main delivery partner is TNT.

UK Mainland

In-stock items (excluding systems) FREE Next Day Delivery, when ordered by 3pm Mon-Fri

In-stock systems (no modifications) FREE Next Day Delivery, when ordered by 1pm Mon-Fri

In-stock systems (including modifications) FREE Next Day Delivery, within 1-2 of order.

Should you need your in-stock item sooner, we can offer Pre-10am delivery (£18) or Pre-Noon delivery (£12).

Rest of UK

Orders to the Scottish Highlands are shipped via FREE 2-day service

Orders to UK non-Mainland are shipped via a 2-4 day service, and are subject to a delivery fee based on weight and postcode.

Returns

If you need to return your item, we’ve got you covered.

UK Mainland

Within UK Mainland, return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14 day period begins the day after receipt of the item. The customer is responsible for the return, and the return must be received within 30 days from the point that the return is requested.

All returns must include the original delivery note packaged with the returned product. Any returns that arrive damaged due to incorrect or insufficient packaging, will be rejected.

UK Non-Mainland

For returns outside of UK Mainland, customers are responsible for the return of items, and must ensure that these items arrive in the same condition as they were received.
