Our main delivery partner is TNT. TNT is a recognised courier that delivers with care and attention and utilises excellent shipment tracking for your peace of mind.
IN STOCK ITEMS - SHIPPED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed before 3pm for in stock items (excluding systems) will be shipped for delivery on the next working day.
In-stock systems with no options or upgrades applied must be ordered before 1pm to qualify for next day delivery.
On the day of delivery you will receive an email with a 1 hour delivery slot.
SYSTEMS WITH OPTIONS AND UPGRADES
If you order a system with options or upgrades, please allow for 1-2 days prior to shipment. This is to give our engineers time to fit options and upgrades and fully re-test the system.
All orders to UK Mainland addresses qualify for free next day delivery.
Orders to the Scottish Highlands qualify for free delivery on a 2 day service.
All other orders to UK non-Mainland addresses are shipped on a 2-4 day service and are subject to varying delivery costs based on weight and post code.
EUROPEAN & OTHER NON-UK DELIVERIES
Pricing for orders to Europe is available at checkout.
Please allow a maximum 2-6 days for the delivery of orders to Europe following shipment, dependent on location.

For UK Mainland orders we can also offer optional Pre 10.00am delivery for £18 or Pre Noon delivery for £12.
UK MAINLAND RETURNS
Any returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. The 14 day period begins the day after receipt of the item.
The customer is responsible for any return, and the return must be received within 30 days from the point that the return is requested.
We will reject any returns that arrive damaged due to incorrect or insufficient packaging. Please contact us for packaging guides for large systems.
All returns must include the original delivery note packaged with the returned product.
UK NON-MAINLAND AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers are responsible for the return of any items, and must ensure that these items arrive in a suitable condition, as they were received.
We can arrange international collections if contacted. These are subject to up to a £40 collection fee.
