Product Returns Material Request Form
Once this form has been completed (if authorised) an RMA number will be issued within 48hrs.
Please complete all fields marked with an *. Failure to do so may result in a delay.
- An RMA number for shipment queries and/or damaged goods must be requested within 3 days
of shipment.
- An RMA number will not be issued unless a meaningful fault report is entered.
- An RMA number will not be issued unless a serial number is entered on the form.
- RMA numbers, once issued, are only valid for 30 calendar days. If the faulty product is not sent in during the allocated time, the RMA number expires.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
- Shipping charges to Hardware Associated Ltd are the returnee’s responsibility.
- Suitable packaging must be used for all faulty products - Hardware Associates Ltd accpets no responsibilty for damage caused as a direct result of the use of inadequate packaging.
