How to Buy Dell Spare Parts from Hardware Associates

1. Search our stock list for the part you require. If the part you are looking for is not listed, please call us on 01428 707900, as we can usually find an alternative component.
2. Our sales team will discuss your requirements with you and quote a price for the parts you have requested. The price quoted will exclude VAT and delivery.
3. Choose a delivery type:

   9:30am	£20.00	Up to 10Kg
   12:00pm	£15.00	Up to 10Kg
   3:00pm	£8.00	Up to 10Kg

   
   
   We also offer a same-day delivery service - contact us for a quote.
4. We then calculate the total price:
   
   (Part Price + Delivery Price) + 20% VAT
5. Our sales team will then take all your required details, including name, address, phone/email and credit card payment information.
6. Your order will be shipped on the same day, if placed before 3pm and the item is in stock.
7. Your invoice will be emailed to you along with tracking information.

Warranty
All parts are refurbished and are warranted for 90 days (it is the customer's responsibility to ship parts back to Hardware Associates).
